Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Intentionally Eat. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days of payment receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

During high-demand seasons, holidays, or inclement weather, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Shipping Methods & Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier, depending on your location and delivery method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control



Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and based on your order total, location, and selected shipping method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at cindy@intentionallyeat.com.


Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the delivery is refused or unclaimed, we will notify you. You may request reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund minus the original shipping and processing costs.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at cindy@intentionallyeat.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
